In person:
Box Office is open from 12 noon to 4pm Monday to Friday and 90 minutes prior to all performances. Located on level 2 of the Judith Wright Centre, access is via the Brunswick St. main entrance; proceed up main entry stairs or take the lift. Payment options accepted are: cash, eftpos & credit card.
If you require assistance due to mobility difficulties or other specific needs, please mention your requirements when booking.

(Interstate and callers outside of metropolitan areas call 1800 110 990 for the cost of a local call).
Internet Bookings:
The Judith Wright Centre provides safe, secure credit card booking facilities. To buy tickets online, check the 'what's on' listing & follow the links. Open 24/7! Concession purchasers must provide proof of eligibility and photo ID upon collection of tickets otherwise full price will be charged.
Pricing:
All prices advertised include all fees and charges, including GST (if applicable) & booking fees.
Credit Cards Accepted:
Visa, Mastercard, Amex.

The Judith Wright Centre requires proof of identification upon ticket collection otherwise full price will be charged.
Concessions available for most performances are: Pensioners, full-time students and Health Care card holders.
For shows with a low ticket price, there may be no concession price offered. Generally, no concession price is offered in the reserved cabaret seating section. Please check the web listing or program guide for correct pricing.

The Judith Wright Centre does not offer refunds, except of course in the unusual circumstance that a show is cancelled.
Our policy is not to refund or exchange tickets. However, in exceptional circumstances we may do so and charge an additional fee for this transaction.
Internet bookings will not be exchanged or refunded. Please check your shopping basket carefully before proceeding to payment.

The Performance Space on level 2 is an intimate venue with between 204 (dance and screen) to 300 (music) seats.
‘Unreserved Theatre Mode’ - General Admission seating in a raked seating block, offering a great view of the stage.
'Unreserved' Cabaret & Theatre Mode - a mix of theatre seating and cabaret tables in front of the raked seating block. All seating is on a 'first in best dressed' basis.
Reserved Cabaret Seating can be booked for some events - you are guaranteed a seat at a cabaret table and the cost is a little higher. Cabaret tables seat 4 people.

There is no dedicated cloakroom facility at the Judy, however, items such as umbrellas and bags that cannot fit under your seat may be left at the box office before the show starts.

The Judith Wright foyer bar (level 2) opens 60 mins prior to each performance and serves a range of bottled cold drinks, alcoholic beverages, chips & nuts. Prepaid drinks for intervals are available for purchase upon request. Please enquire with our friendly bar staff when you arrive.
There is no bar inside the Performance Space, however drinks from the foyer bar may be taken inside when set up in Cabaret mode - please check with staff if unsure.
In line with Queensland Government Legislation, The Judith Wright Centre is now a smoke free environment.
